A single bevel ( ground on one side ) blade for slicing delicate raw fish. This knife is very thin behind the edge and is great for slicing boneless fish flesh or meat. The bevel is ground on the right hand side and therefore only suitable for right hand users.
The knife is paired with a luxurious ebony and buffalo handle with silver nickel highlights.
